Money laundering regulations (as amended 2019)

That is why we hope we do not catch you off guard when we ask for two physical/electronic forms of identification as required under the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Regulations (2019). This ensures that we can safely confirm who you are and your permanent address. On top of this, our Agents may also carry out a land registry check; these details will need to be kept on file for a minimum of six years.
